(Excess Funds) Notarization Documents

Service Description

Howdy Customer- The $200 Inclusive excess funds package includes my trip free anywhere within a 45 mile radius of zip code 30039, printing documents, scheduling the appointment with the claimant, scanbacks after signatures, a trip to either FedEx or USPS to mail off the originals plus overnight delivery to its final destination . Regarding payment, half is due up front once the appointment is confirmed with the claimant. The balance is due once you scanbacks have been sent. Preferred methods of payments is ZELLE. Any claimant signing outside of that zip code range is subject to an additional trip fee. Noble Mobile Notary Services covers the entire state of Georgia.

Cancellation Policy

If you are using any of our mobile services, once the appointment has been confirmed by both parties, the trip fee won't apply if a cancellation occurs within an hour and a half of the appointment time slot. However, if you're using either of our services listed, once the notary, signing agent, witness or courier has arrived, the trip fee will apply whether the services takes place or not.
