Service Description

Howdy Customer- The $150 buyer or seller side closing fee includes any warranty or security deed documents included in a real estate transaction involving property being sold out of the state of the Georgia but the seller of the property resides in GA or is passing through. That fee is good up to a 45 mile radius from this 30039 zip code. Any seller side closing outside of that zip code range is subject to an additional trip fee. Printing services are available as needed too. During these type of transactions, Noble Mobile Notary Services operates as a signing agent. We carry errors and ommission insurance for all our notarization work. References can be made available upon request. Noble Mobile Notary Services covers the entire state of Georgia. During this COVID-19 pandemic, Noble Mobile Notary Services (NMNS) will continue to provide notary & courier services throughout the state of Georgia. Safety measures will be taken to protect all parties. This includes proper hand sanitizing, a mask and gloves when needed or when requested.

Cancelation Policy

If you are using any of our mobile services, once the appointment has been confirmed by both parties, the trip fee won't apply if a cancellation occurs within an hour and a half of the appointment time slot. However, if you're using either of our services listed, once the notary, signing agent, witness or courier has arrived, the trip fee will apply whether the services takes place or not.
