(Excess Funds) Notarization Documents

Service Description

Howdy Customer- The $125 excess notarization includes my trip free anywhere within a 45 mile radius of zip code 30039, printing documents, scheduling the appointment with the claimant, scanbacks after signatures, a trip to either FedEx or USPS to mail off the originals. If you want your originals sent next day, please provide a FedEx shipping label. If you prefer an overnight service from USPS, an additional $27.65 fee will be added. Otherwise, the original will be sent via regular mail with postage with no confirmation. Payment can be made once the appointment is confirmed via square invoice system. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Any claimant signing outside of that zip code range is subject to an additional trip fee. Noble Mobile Notary Services covers the entire state of Georgia. During this COVID-19 pandemic, Noble Mobile Notary Services (NMNS) will continue to provide notary & courier services throughout the state of Georgia. Safety measures will be taken to protect all parties. This includes proper hand sanitizing, a mask and gloves when needed or when requested.

Cancelation Policy

If you are using any of our mobile services, once the appointment has been confirmed by both parties, the trip fee won't apply if a cancellation occurs within an hour and a half of the appointment time slot. However, if you're using either of our services listed, once the notary, signing agent, witness or courier has arrived, the trip fee will apply whether the services takes place or not.
