Service Description

Greetings Good people- Please make sure all signing parties have a valid ID and your documents have not been signed. Note- In the State of Georgia, a notary can't be an official witness and unofficial witness on the same transaction. Therefore, when witnesses are required and can't be provided by the authorized representative on behalf of HUD, Noble Mobile Notary Services (NMNS) can will provide travel witnesses for $25-$50 per witness. Depending on the distance outside of the Metro Atlanta area, that travel fee could reach $75 but very rare. During this COVID-19 pandemic, Noble Mobile Notary Services (NMNS) will continue to provide notary & courier services throughout the state of Georgia. Safety measures will be taken to protect all parties. This includes proper hand sanitizing, a mask and gloves when needed or when requested.

Cancellation Policy

If you are using any of our mobile services, once the appointment has been confirmed by both parties, the trip fee won't apply if a cancellation occurs within an hour and a half of the appointment time slot. However, if you're using either of our services listed, once the notary, signing agent, witness or courier has arrived, the trip fee will apply whether the services takes place or not.
